Welcome to FamAI, operated by FamAI LLC ("we," "us"). By using famai.ai or the FamAI app, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use FamAI

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You may add family member profiles; you're responsible for having the right to share that information.

2. What FamAI is (and isn't)

FamAI provides AI-assisted family organization tools — meal planning, schedules, tasks, and related features. AI-generated content can be wrong. Meal plans and suggestions are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always verify allergy, dietary, and health-related information with a qualified professional.

3. Your content

You own what you enter into FamAI. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to breach security, no scraping or reselling the service, no impersonating others.

5. Subscriptions & payment

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamAI LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
